About Aimee

Aimee represents her clients with unyielding dedication and integrity.

Aimee serves a diverse group of clients, with a focus on business and real estate transactions. Her work includes negotiating business acquisitions and sales, financing, sales and service agreements, and commercial real estate sales and leases.

Having spent most of her childhood on her grandfather’s Ohio farm, Aimee has a passion for the agricultural industry and firsthand experience with the difficulties of operating a family farm. This experience, along with her legal training, means that Aimee understands that risk management is key to successful business. Aimee helps her clients succeed by managing risk, maximizing opportunity, and minimizing cost.

After law school, Aimee obtained judicial clerkships with the Honorable Fred S. Silverman and Honorable Jan R. Jurden of the Delaware Superior Court.  Before joining Clarion Law, Aimee was a business attorney at the largest law firm based in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Aimee is also an active Rotarian.

Representative Matters
  • Regularly counsels multi-industry service providers on strategy and documentation, including master service agreements, terms and conditions, and confidentiality agreements.

  • Prepared manufacturing and distribution license agreements for agribusiness partners.

  • Counsel to start-up brewery as a tenant in a commercial lease.

  • Regularly acts as outside general counsel to growing businesses, advising on employment, transactional, and strategic matters.

  • Counsel to a multi-industry franchisee including corporate restructure, franchise agreement negotiations, commercial lease negotiations, and financing.

  • Buyer’s counsel in a stock purchase transaction of a candy manufacturer and retailer.
